Broadway Office Development

This is a large project with almost 75,000 sf of Aluminum Composite Panels on top of 4″ cascadia clips. These clips are used as part of new energy code and act as a thermal break reducing energy costs. Being located downtown, lack of work space was a constraint. Material delivery and installation were carefully coordinated by our team so as to not cause any bottlenecks in the workflow. Some specialties of this project includes large and intricate panels with bull nose and recesses, exposed reveal strips and large 3/4″ diameter rivets for an industrial look.
